Are you leading and are you following the right people? I am constantly in the search for new mentors and value what leaders are doing to impact our culture for the Kingdom and in business.
One of my daily mantras that I put in my Outlook daily reminder is "I lead by example." Some days my example is not the best, but others are moments to celebrate. Do you have a following? Everyone has a following, but why are they following is the test. Are they following because they have too? How do you inspire people to follow you? There are several areas to demonstrate leadership. One can be a leader in the community (on-line and offline), at home, in business, in close friendships, in the neighborhood, and with family.

Is there a friend who needs a word of encouragement? Most people stay away when times are tough. Reach out to someone today, just to let them know you were thinking about them. We all go through tough times and you never really know who is facing a real challenge. Your words have a way of blessing people and you may never even knoew it!
